Practicing agapao in homeschooling involves tailoring lessons to their individual needs while empowering others to help, supporting their interests, and encouraging them without judgment. What is a Homeschool Hybrid
Our homeschool hybrid model represents an innovative blend of unique learning strategies and traditional homeschooling values, integrating project-based tasks, experiential activities, and digital resources (when appropriate) alongside community engagement. How do we structure our day?
The day begins with worship and prayer followed by a calm and focused morning, where children focus on individual learning, allowing them to dive deeply into core academic skills at their own pace. In the morning hours, you can tailor lessons in reading, writing, and mathematics to meet your child’s unique needs, ensuring a strong foundation in these essential subjects. This flexibility allows you to focus on their specific strengths and challenges. After lunch and some play time, the learning atmosphere shifts toward a more collaborative and hands-on experience. The afternoon becomes a time for vibrant, experiential learning through group projects with children of various ages, and discussions that connect core skills to real-world applications. This part of the day encourages your child to apply their core knowledge in creative, practical ways, sparking curiosity and engagement.
